Wall Street’s newest addition, the Fearless Girl, stands across from the famous Charging Bull Statue, defiantly staring him down. But now, the bull is ready to fight back. Or rather, the artist who created it, Arturo DiModica, is. Dimodica is threatening to sue the City for altering the intent of his artwork under a law called the New York Arts and Culture Affairs Law.
