Low Wage Jobs Need Equality Too…

When Governor Andrew Cuomo signed legislation into law this week to raise the state minimum wage to $15 dollars an hour, it didn’t include all low-wage jobs. One group left out was people who work for tips. Tipped workers in New York got their own raise at the end of last year- to nine bucks an hour. But reporter Tyler Pratt says a lot of advocates and servers still don’t think that’s nearly enough.
